The clutter isn’t the problem…
You haven’t failed at decluttering. You’ve been solving the wrong problem.
Break Up With Your Stuff is a six-week live group experience for intelligent, self-aware women who are done repeatedly moving around the same clutter and ready to change the pattern that keeps recreating it.
You’ll clear what no longer fits, create simple systems that work in your actual life and become the woman who is no longer available for the chaos to return.
Starts Sunday 21st February · Six weeks · Direct WhatsApp access and weekly live hot-seat coaching with Amy · Investment: £555 or two payments of £299
“This programme has honestly been unbelievable…
…I was really dubious about investing the money, I’m not going to lie, but your life upgrade audit honestly changed my whole outlook on life and how I want to live. I’m so so pleased I took the leap and did the programme!”
– Hannah, mum of 3.
You’re capable. So why is this still happening?
You make difficult decisions. You manage work, family, relationships and an extraordinary number of things nobody else even notices. You are most definitely not incapable of putting stuff into a bag.
Which is precisely why it’s so bloody infuriating that this is still the thing you can’t seem to get on top of.
The boxes you still haven’t unpacked. The unfinished project. The things you lob into the understairs cupboard before somebody comes over. The wardrobe full of clothes you avoid because getting dressed has become more stressful than it has any right to be.
And it isn’t even the stuff that exhausts you most.
It’s the constant awareness of it. The mental list running in the background. The low-level guilt every time you walk past the room you have stopped going into. The feeling that you can never fully relax because everywhere you look, something is waiting for you.
Then you finally decide to sort it. You begin feeling invincible and, an hour later, you’re sitting on the bedroom floor wearing a cowboy hat, surrounded by things you don’t even like, suddenly unable to make a single decision.
So you put it off again.
You tell yourself you’ll do it when you have more time. But the hardest part is that you’re beginning to stop believing yourself when you say it.

The problem was never your ability to declutter.
You know how to put things into a bin bag. You’ve done it before.
You’ve bought the storage. Watched the videos. Waited for the mythical free weekend when you’ll apparently wake up full of energy and make several years’ worth of delayed decisions before lunch.
And perhaps it works for a while!
But eventually, the clutter returns. Because the decisions are still being made through the same guilt, avoidance, perfectionism and all-or-nothing thinking that created it.
The “I might need it.”
The “I spent money on it.”
The “I’ll deal with it properly when I have more time.”
The version of you who owned it. The future version of you who might suddenly want it. Everybody, it seems, except the woman you are now.
These are not personality flaws. They are patterns. And no amount of storage can solve a pattern.
Your home is showing you what you have been tolerating, which decisions you’ve been avoiding and where your standards no longer match the life you say you want.
That is why simply clearing the stuff has never created lasting change.
You moved things.
You didn’t move yourself.

The Break Up Method
Clear the stuff. Break the pattern. Raise the standard.
Most decluttering advice starts with what to remove.
Mine starts with who is making the decision.
Because if every decision is still being made through guilt, fear, perfectionism or an outdated version of who you think you should be, you can clear an entire room and gradually recreate the same problem.
This is not a decluttering course with a sprinkling of mindset on top like parsley.
The practical and internal work happen together.
1. See it
Identify the practical habits and emotional patterns creating the clutter, including where you are losing energy, avoiding decisions and accepting less than you actually want.
2. Release it
Make clear, confident decisions about what stays and what goes, without guilt, panic or a four-hour existential crisis over a birthday card.
3. Rebuild it
Create simple systems around how you actually live, and want to live, so your home becomes easier to use and maintain without requiring constant maximum effort.
4. Raise the standard
Build the self-trust to make decisions, keep promises to yourself and stop inviting the same chaos every time life gets busy.
The goal is not a perfect home. It’s to stop having to start again.
This is Break Up With Your Stuff.
A six-week live group programme combining practical decluttering, emotional release and identity work, with the structure, coaching and support to help you do something materially different this time.
Over six weeks, I’ll guide you through clearing what no longer belongs in your home, creating systems that work in your actual life and changing the patterns that allowed the clutter to keep returning.
The practical result: less stuff, visible change in the spaces draining you most and simple systems you can actually maintain.
The deeper result: becoming a woman who trusts her own decisions and is no longer available for the chaos she once accepted.
The aim is not for every item you own to be colour-coded and arranged like a branch of The Home Edit.
It is for your home to feel noticeably different, for decisions to feel easier and for you to know exactly how to keep moving forward, confidently, without ending up back where you started.
This is not another course you buy, watch and abandon.
It is an experience you live.
Before.
Apologising for the mess before somebody is even through the door. Moving things so they can sit down. Suggesting “Let’s go to yours” because you know exactly which doors you would have to close if they came to you.
Promising yourself every Sunday that this week will be different, while becoming less convinced that it will.
After.
Your phone buzzes. A friend is nearby and wants to drop in. Can she come round in twenty minutes?
And you just say yes.
No scrambling. No closing doors. No frantic sweep and relocation of the pile from the kitchen worktop to the spare room.
Just yes. Come round.
The next morning, you make a coffee and sit in your own home without immediately noticing a million things you still need to manage.
You open the wardrobe without bracing yourself for the dread.
You walk into the room you used to avoid like the plague.
Your home reflects the woman you are now, not the version of yourself you have been apologising for.
That is not a small thing.
That is what it feels like when your home finally supports your life instead of constantly interrupting it.
THE 6 WEEKS
Week 1: The Honest Audit
Before you touch a single item, we make sure you’re solving the right problem.
You’ll complete the Life Upgrade Audit: an honest examination of what your home and life look like now, where your energy is being lost, what you’ve gradually normalised and what you actually want instead.
This is the most reflective and demanding piece of inner work in the programme. I’m not going to pretend otherwise. But it means you stop decluttering without direction and hoping that removing enough stuff will somehow make you feel different.
By the end of this week, you’ll know which spaces, habits, patterns, beliefs and stories need your attention first, what’s been keeping you stuck and, most importantly, what you are making room for.
Inside this week:
- Audio lesson
- The Life Upgrade Audit
- Live kick-off and hot-seat coaching call, Sunday at 4pm (optional, recorded)
Week 2: Releasing What You’ve Outgrown
This is where decluttering stops being a practical job and becomes personal.
The gift you’ve never liked but feel guilty letting go of. The clothes belonging to a previous body or version of you. The expensive mistake you’re keeping because getting rid of it would mean admitting you wasted the money. The sentimental things carrying so much meaning that making any decision feels impossible.
None of it feels like “just stuff” when letting go has become tangled up with guilt, loyalty, grief, waste or who you thought you were going to be.
I’ll help you separate the meaning from the object, so you can make clear decisions without panicking, regretting everything or keeping half your life because somebody might be offended from beyond the grave.
You’ll also learn how to sell, donate, recycle and dispose of what you release, so it finally leaves your house. Because a hallway full of donation bags is still clutter.
Inside this week:
- Audio lesson
- The Wardrobe Edit
- Moving It On Without Guilt guide
- The Sentimental Clutter guide
- Live hot-seat coaching call, Sunday at 4pm (optional, recorded)
Week 3: Consistency Without Motivation
This is the point where the initial burst of enthusiasm often disappears and ordinary life resumes.
Instead of waiting for another mythical free Saturday, you’ll create a way of making progress that works on busy, tired and inconvenient days too.
You’ll decide what meaningful action looks like when you have ten minutes, reduce the digital and retail noise encouraging more consumption and stop treating imperfect progress as though it does not count.
The result is consistency you can actually maintain, without needing to feel motivated, inspired or possessed by the spirit of Marie Kondo.
Inside this week:
- Audio lesson
- Live hot-seat coaching call, Sunday at 4pm (optional, recorded)
Week 4: Systems That Actually Work
Organising comes after editing, not before it.
Now that you have less stuff competing for space, you’ll look at the areas creating the most friction and build simple systems around how you actually use your home.
You’ll reduce unnecessary decisions, give things logical homes and make everyday tasks easier to complete, even when you’re busy or tired.
No elaborate systems requiring 87 labels and the organisational commitment of a small military operation. Just a home that makes sense to the people living in it.
Inside this week:
- Audio lesson
- When Life Gets Chaotic Again audio
- Live hot-seat coaching call, Sunday at 4pm (optional, recorded)
Week 5: Raising Your Standards
By now, your home is changing. This week is about making sure that change does not become another temporary burst of progress.
We look at the standards you are ready to live by, the old patterns most likely to return when life becomes busy and the decisions that strengthen your trust in yourself.
This is not about willpower or pretending you will never leave anything out again. It is about no longer treating your home as a project you repeatedly fail to finish.
You begin maintaining it because it reflects who you are now, not because you are constantly forcing yourself to “be better”.
Inside this week:
- Audio lesson
- Live hot-seat coaching call, Sunday at 4pm (optional, recorded)
Week 6: The Intentional Upgrade
Once your home is no longer consuming the same amount of physical and mental energy, you can decide what you want to create next.
You’ll build your Elevated Life list: the areas of your home and life you eventually want to improve, replace or refine, arranged in a realistic order that does not involve trying to upgrade everything by next Thursday.
This is not an invitation to buy a new life. It is a plan for making intentional improvements from clarity rather than impulse, comparison or perfectionism.
You leave knowing what comes next, what can wait and how to keep building a home and life that reflect your new standards.
Inside this week:
- Audio lesson
- Live hot-seat coaching, Q&A and closing celebration call, Sunday at 4pm (optional, recorded)

ABOUT AMY

ALL IDENTITY WORK IS AN ACT OF REBELLION.
Every meaningful transformation begins with a refusal.
A woman deciding she is no longer available for the version of herself that has been settling, shrinking or accepting less than she actually wants.
Before creating Break Up With Your Stuff, I spent six years helping women declutter their homes and built The Space Creator, my professional organising business.
But I became fascinated by one question: why could two women follow exactly the same practical advice and get completely different results?
The answer was never the storage.
It was guilt. Perfectionism. Self-trust. Old identities. The difference between the standards a woman wanted to live by and what she had gradually become accustomed to accepting.
I built Break Up With Your Stuff because I have a very low tolerance for brilliant women living below their standards, including me.
My work combines practical decluttering, emotional release and self-concept. No pretending that another basket will fix your life. No mindset work without action. We deal with what is physically in front of you and the internal patterns that put it there.
I will not clear your home for you.
I will help you become the woman who knows what belongs in it.
Support at the point you’d normally stop.
The hardest part of decluttering rarely happens during a coaching call.
It happens at 4:37pm on a Friday, when you’re halfway through the spare room, your initial enthusiasm has left the building and you’re staring at a box from a previous relationship wondering whether it still belongs in your new life.
That is why you have direct access to me inside our group WhatsApp for the full six weeks.
Ask the question. Send the photo. Shoot me a slightly unhinged message from the bedroom floor. I’ll help you make the decision, find your next move or tell you, with love, when you already know the answer.
I included this support in the first round and watched women use it at the exact moment they would normally have stopped. They didn’t have to save the question until the next call while one difficult decision derailed an entire week. They got coached, made the decision and kept moving.
My private 1:1 sessions are £333 for sixty minutes. Inside this programme, you have six weeks of access to my coaching, plus a live coaching call every single week.
I want to know who is in the room, notice when you’ve gone suspiciously silent and give you useful support, not lob generic motivational quotes into a group of hundreds.
Doors close at midnight on Friday 19th February. Once we begin, they stay closed until the next round.
Included
6 Weekly Audio Lessons Built for Action
One focused 30–40 minute audio drops each week, designed to be listened to while you walk, drive or declutter, so you can learn and act without adding another course to your to-do list.
Weekly Live Hot-Seat Coaching Calls
Join me live every Sunday at 4pm (UK time) for direction, hot-seat coaching and help with whatever is getting in the way. The calls are optional: come along when you have a question or want to be coached on something specific. Every session is recorded, so you won’t miss the coaching if you can’t attend live.
WhatsApp Group & Direct Amy Access
Ask questions, send photographs and get voice-note coaching from me at the point you become stuck, so one difficult decision doesn’t derail the entire weekend.
3 Months of Community Access
Share your progress, before-and-afters and inevitable wobbles with women doing the work alongside you. The community stays open after the live programme ends, giving you time to keep implementing without doing it alone.
The Life Upgrade Audit
My signature deep-dive framework for turning “something needs to change” into absolute clarity about what needs your attention, why it matters and where to begin. (Week 1)
The Wardrobe Edit
A practical edit-along resource to help you decide what fits your body, your life and the woman you are now, so getting dressed becomes easier and your wardrobe stops storing guilt, indecision and previous versions of you.
Moving It On Without Guilt Guide
A practical guide to selling, donating, recycling and disposing of what you release, so the stuff actually leaves your house instead of becoming a slightly more organised pile by the front door.
When Life Gets Chaotic Again Audio
A short reset for the weeks when work explodes, everyone gets ill or life generally goes sideways! I’ll help you stop the slide, work out what matters first and return to your systems without deciding the entire thing has failed.
Bonus 60-Minute Follow-Up Call
We’ll reconnect after the live programme to see what has held, coach through anything that has resurfaced and help you keep building on the changes you have made.
This is for you if…
→ Your home is not reflecting the standard you actually want to live at and you are sick of tolerating it.
→ You’re self-aware enough to know the problem isn’t just the stuff.
→ You’ve tried decluttering before and it hasn’t stuck, and you want to understand why, once and for all, to finally move forward!
→ You’re ready for real support and accountability instead of another free video you’ll watch and never act on.
→ You want at least one stressful space in your home completely transformed, and a process you can keep using long after the programme ends.
This is not for you if…
→ You want somebody else to clear your home while you remain entirely uninvolved.
→ You are looking for a weekend quick fix rather than lasting change.
→ You are unwilling to examine why you have been holding on.
→ You want to consume the content without implementing it.
→ You want me to tell you that everything can stay! I am warm, supportive and firmly on your side, but I will also tell you the truth.
If you are ready to make decisions, be coached and do the work, you are exactly the woman I created this for.

FAQs
I’ve tried decluttering before and it never sticks. Why is this different?
Because this programme doesn’t just address the clutter. It addresses why you kept it. The emotional attachment, the avoidance patterns, the identity gap between who you are now and who you’re becoming. That’s what’s been missing every other time.
What can I realistically expect to achieve in six weeks?
That depends on your starting point, the size of your home and the time you choose to give it. I’m not promising that every cupboard will be immaculate by Week Six.
I am promising a clear process, direct support and meaningful, visible progress in the spaces affecting you most.
You’ll also leave knowing how to make decisions, create systems and continue through the rest of your home without starting from scratch again.
How much time do I need each week?
I won’t beat around the bush here. If you want something to change, you will need to make this work a priority for six weeks. The mythical period when life becomes completely calm and you suddenly have endless free time is not coming.
The weekly audios are 30–45 minutes and are designed to be listened to while you declutter, walk, drive, cook or go to the gym.
For the practical work, I recommend giving yourself at least two to three hours each week. That does not need to be one enormous uninterrupted session, and listening to the audio while you declutter means the learning and practical work can happen together. Twenty minutes on a tired Tuesday still counts.
In Week One, I’ll help you identify where your time and energy are currently leaking and decide what can temporarily give while you prioritise this. Not forever. Just for six weeks, so you can create a result that gives you far more time and energy back afterwards.
The weekly live calls are 45–60 minutes, every Sunday at 4pm, optional to attend and always recorded. Come along when you have a question or want to be hot-seat coached. If you submit a question, you can join for your coaching and leave once it has been answered.
Every woman in Round One was busy, working and raising children or babies, some were even dealing with renovations. They were not magically given extra hours. They decided that changing their home mattered enough to use some of the time they had differently.
The more time you give the work, the more visible progress you can make.
Nothing changes if nothing changes, but you do not need six suspiciously empty weeks and unlimited childcare for this to work.
What if I fall behind or have a chaotic week?
You do not need a perfect six weeks for this to work. Life happens, I totally get it!
The lessons are intentionally focused, every live session is recorded and you’ll have the WhatsApp group when life inevitably gets wild.
I’ll help you work out the next useful step, rather than turning one difficult week into another abandoned attempt.
Is this suitable if I have ADHD or struggle with consistency?
Yes. I have diagnosed ADHD myself, so while I’m not an ADHD specialist, I understand personally what it’s like to desperately want something to change, know what you need to do and still struggle to begin or keep going!
The programme does not depend on endless motivation, perfect routines or being able to concentrate on hours of content.
The lessons are focused, the practical work can be broken into manageable actions and you’ll have support when overwhelm or all-or-nothing thinking starts getting in the way.
We look into habits, emotional patterns, mindset and identity, but this is coaching and education. It is not medical advice, therapy or treatment for ADHD.
Is the programme self-paced?
No, this is a live group experience.
Audios are released weekly to avoid overwhelm of receiving everything all at once. You can listen at a time that works for you, the live calls happen in real time, and WhatsApp support is live for the full six weeks.
When does the programme start?
We kick off with the first live call on Sunday 21st February at 4pm (UK time)!
When are the live calls and what if I can’t attend?
There is a live call every Sunday at 4pm (UK time) for all six weeks, starting on Sunday 21st February.
The calls are optional. Come along whenever you have a question or want to be hot-seat coached by me.
All live calls are 45–60 minutes and are recorded in case you are unable to join us live!
How long do I have access?
Break Up With Your Stuff is a six-week live programme.
During those six weeks, you’ll have direct access to me inside our private WhatsApp group. You can ask questions, receive voice-note coaching and get support at the point you might otherwise become stuck or stop.
The women in Round One found this access invaluable, but it only works if you use it. I strongly encourage you to ask the question, send the photograph and let me help you make the decision while it can still change what you do next.
At the end of the six weeks, the WhatsApp group becomes admin-only. You’ll remain in the group and can return to all the previous messages and coaching, but you will no longer be able to post or contact me there.
You’ll also receive three months of access to the full programme and private community inside Skool. It has a simple mobile app where you can:
- Access the lessons and resources
- Share wins and before-and-afters
- Talk to and get support from other members
- Learn from what other women are doing
- Return to the programme as you continue working through your home
Community posts are for conversation, shared support and accountability. Direct personal coaching from me is provided through the WhatsApp group and scheduled live sessions, rather than being guaranteed beneath every community post.
Most of the resources and audio lessons can be downloaded, so anything you save to your phone or computer is yours to keep.
After your included three months, you can leave with no further commitment. Or you can choose to continue inside the community for £111 per three-month membership period, approximately £8.50 a week.
Continued membership includes two live group hot-seat coaching calls every month, ongoing community access and any new resources added while you’re a member.
Before each coaching call, I’ll open a dedicated question thread where you can submit your question and add any photographs I need to see. I’ll coach you on it during the call, even if you cannot attend live, so you can watch the recording afterwards and still receive a considered, personal answer.
Membership is available in three-month blocks only. There is no monthly option. At the end of each three-month period, you can renew for another three months or leave.
How quickly will Amy respond on WhatsApp?
I check the WhatsApp group during working hours on weekdays and between 1:1 coaching client calls and aim to respond within 24 hours. However, I will respond outside of these hours and on weekends wherever I can.
Replies are not always immediate and the group is not monitored around the clock, but you will not need to save a question until the next live call.
I’ll read what you have sent, consider your specific situation and reply with useful coaching rather than an automated response!
Do you offer a guarantee?
No, there is no money-back guarantee on this programme.
Your place is reserved in a live group and, once the programme begins, you’ll receive access to the digital resources, community, live sessions and direct coaching.
You do not need to complete the programme perfectly. But to get the results you want, you do need to participate.
This work will ask you to be honest with yourself, take action and make decisions that may feel uncomfortable. I will give you the process, coaching, support and accountability to make this feel far easier than going it alone. However, I cannot make those decisions or do the physical work inside your home for you.
Please join when you are ready to prioritise this for six weeks and use the high-level support available to you.
If you are unsure whether the programme or expectations are right for you, please email support@amyelizabethprior.com before purchasing. I’ll happily clarify anything that has not been answered here, and I’ll always be honest, I do not want you to join if it’s not right for you.
What happens once I’ve completed my purchase?
The moment you pay, a confirmation email lands in your inbox with everything you need to know. Here is exactly how it happens:
Immediately: Confirmation email with your full timeline and what to expect. Check your junk folder if you don’t see it within a few minutes.
Saturday 20th February: I’ll personally add you to the private WhatsApp group.
Saturday 20th February: You receive your Skool access by email. Skool is the platform where the programme lives (all audio lessons, the workbook, resources and the community). Getting set up takes about two minutes and full instructions are included.
Sunday 21st February at 4pm: The kick-off call. We begin. See you there!
A note on the platform: payment is processed through ThriveCart, but the programme itself lives on Skool. You’ll receive clear instructions for both, and nothing technical is required on your end.

Your dream life needs space to arrive.
Something changed when I stopped trying to fix my life entirely from the outside in.
Not only my home. The relationships I was tolerating. The money patterns I had repeated for years. The stories I had accepted about what I deserved, what I was capable of and what was actually possible for me.
I realised that wanting more had never been the problem.
The problem was the gap between the life I said I wanted and the identity I was practising every day.
Because you cannot manifest a life bigger than your identity.
Your home is one of the most honest places to see that gap.
Every item kept through guilt or fear. Every room avoided. Every decision postponed until the weekend. Every promise made to yourself and broken again.
It all becomes evidence of who you believe you are.
But identities are not fixed.
They are practised.
Every time you make a clear decision, release something you have outgrown or keep a promise to yourself, you create new evidence. You practise being the woman who trusts herself, honours her standards and has space for the life she says she wants.
Break Up With Your Stuff is where that practice begins.
Not one day, when you finally become her.
Now, by creating evidence that you already are.
Your home is where we begin.
Amy xx
